Project Communication

In my professional experience, I have managed a variety of projects funded by diverse EU programmes. Beginning with a project financed by the CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values) programme, I have also overseen projects under the Erasmus+ and Interreg Central Europe programmes.These projects primarily focused on youth, digitalisation, migration, and sustainability.

Effective project communication is the backbone of successful collaboration, transforming ideas into action and ensuring every stakeholder is aligned and engaged.

Within Project Communication my responsibilities included:

Drafting the Communication & Dissemination strategy
Developing the project's Social Media strategy
Managing the Social Media accounts
Creating and managing websites
Designing the project's Visual Identity
Developing newsletters
Building a Community of Interest
Organising Events
Reporting
Implementing deliverables (such as graphic novels, podcasts, etc.)

Trainings on Project Communication

In February 2024, I attended a two-day training on communication for EU projects organised by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. This training, combined with my existing experience, equipped me with the tools and knowledge to further develop my expertise in Project Communication.
In September 2023, I also participated in a training in Vienna organised by the Interreg Central Europe Programme, focused on the communication strategies and requirements for projects funded by the programme.
